When sitting back and listening to my "own subconscious music" it's easy to see that this system works.On the other hand a lot of people may find it difficult to quiet themselves and only hear what is inside,but this technique leads me to believe that it is not only available but can be a constant.I believe that these simple principles can be applied to all aspects of life.
