Hi i'm Freda from paisley in scotland,and i,ve played guitar for 32 years,and only wrote my first song back in july.

It was about how my daughter Andrea helped to get me involved in the korean martail art taekwon do.

Funnily enough my instructor has the same surname as myself,and it,s about how my daughter and him talked me into going and learning the art,and getting much fitter,as i take epileptic fits,and took them real bad before i started,and it,s also about how the arts helped me.

As a result my fits are now cut by more than a 3rd,and i hardly take any now.Plus i enjoy it so much,and am up to level blue. I've always loved playing guitar, and learned to play at the age of 5,and play a lot of finger picking styles like classical,kalley,folk and country.

I enjoyed writing that song because it came from the heart,and it,s called TaeKWon Do,s helped change my life.The hardest bit now is trying to write another. I thought i,d tell you how i was also pushed into learning to play as a kid by my dad he played,and i always used to pick up his guitar and pretend to be a rocker,and he just told me one day he came home from work if i catch you doing that again i,ll make you learn to play,and he stood by his word,
